About
Cardross Primary School is the only primary school in the surrounding area. It is non-denominational and co-educational and all stages from P1 to 7 are taught. The building was completed in 1959 and is of traditional design.
The community take immense pride in our school and its mission to offer the best educational experience for our children. In a nurturing, caring, and safe environment, the students participate in a wide range of activities designed to enhance their vital skills while supporting their personal growth. Adhering to the Scottish Government Guidelines in A Curriculum for Excellence, the lessons are both motivating and enriching, fostering a genuine enthusiasm for learning among pupils.
They strive to create numerous opportunities for the students, often collaborating with community members, specialists, and parents and carers. Their goal is to inspire children to seize opportunities, believe in themselves, and nurture ambitious aspirations for the future.
Cardross Primary School Early Learning and Childcare (ELC) established in 2021 offering the full curriculum now from age 3.
