Cardross Scottish Women’s Institute
Scottish Women’s Institutes have a rich history across Scotland’s communities, promoting education and connecting women locally and nationally to improve their quality of life through friendship, education, sharing and having fun.
Cardross is a social institute, with drop in lunches in addition to our evening meetings. Welcoming to all ages, we are blessed with a active social schedule.
In 2015 The Scottish Women’s Rural Institute dropped the word Rural from its name, although the nickname ‘the rural’ is still used locally by some.
